The Charm City Poker League is always welcoming new locations to host regular weekly events. Please contact us if you know of a location that may be interested in hosting a weekly tournament. Be advised that at this time our schedule is full for the current tournament, but should we lose a location and can find another that does not conflict with a nearby tournament game on the same night available, we will be happy to consider a new house for our family.

We understand that many people are put off by the atmosphere many bars have to offer, including smoke. Also, while some gamble for fun, others may gamble out of an addictive or compulsive personality. We feel that our prize driven format discourages the loss of non-disposable income, cars, homes, and boats, but understand that these same compulsive addictions may make the presence of alcohol undesirable.
While we offer locations free of these vices, as noted above, we also understand that many people enjoy a game of cards as something to be shared amongst friends, rather than randomly selected strangers. For these reasons combined, and to pay homage to the origins of the league, we allow for certain notarized and regulated games to be played at private residences.
The same tournament rules apply, while special additional rules may be in effect. The normal administrative fees associated with the game at a public location will be reduced, though we do try not to take business from our more visible faces, fronts, our friends. If you are interested in organizing a private game, please discuss it with one of our tournament representatives.
